Is your Emirates ID damaged, stolen, or lost? You should
report the incident to the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship,
Customs, and Ports Security- ICP as soon as possible. If you don't know how,
we've got you covered with all of the steps for applying for your ID.
Before visiting the ICP Customer Happiness Centre, you must
bring the following papers and documents:
UAE citizens must bring an original, valid passport as well
as a family book.
GCC nationals must present documentation proving residency
in the UAE.
Expatriate residents must bring their original passport,
which must be stamped with a valid residency permit.
If the lost ID belongs to a child under the age of 15, the
parent must provide the child's original birth certificate as well as a
coloured passport photo against a white background.
Every city in the UAE has an ICP Customer Happiness Centre;
when there, notify them that you want to report an incident with your ID, and
it will be deactivated immediately; if your ID is broken, bring it with you.
